The Hacks are back! After a few months of being busy opening a couple of restaurants Erik and Lars are back with a tasty and educational series of wine classes to enlighten your palate as well as your mind. Expect to have fun sipping as well as learning about wine, objective tasting techniques, and food and wine pairing. We will also look to you for suggestions on the next series of classes.

No eno-academic year would be complete without our bubbles class. Beyond an excuse to open up some of the best Champagne money can buy this class explores the unique qualities that make Champagne so darn tasty. Likewise, we will discuss and taste the differences between the Grande Marque houses versus the Growers wee wonders. As always, expect some surprises thrown in too.

Ok. Ok. We listened and we responded! Burgundy is what you want and Burgundy is what you shall get. The success of our Bordeaux class helped us realize that there are many other wine geeks out there besides us. We had a monumental line-up of top Bordeaux and we will follow up with an epic line up of Burgundy. Wineries to include Comtes de Vogue, Jean Boillot, J-F Coche Dury, Arnaud Ente, E. Sauzet, Joseph Drouhin to name a few.
